Why We Chose Resilience
In a world that often challenges our right to simply exist as we are, the LGBTQIA+ community continues to show up, speak out, and shine. Pride is more than celebration it's protest, remembrance, and resilience. We wanted a candle that embodied all of that.
Resilience isn’t just a name. It’s a reminder of how far we've come and how powerful it is to keep going. Through the highs and lows, the moments of joy and the battles for equality resilience is what binds us.
We chose this name intentionally, especially given the current social and political climate. As LGBTQIA+ rights are debated and threatened, the need for visibility and authenticity becomes even more vital.
